The Mick McGeoch interview

At long last! We've finally got around to adding another podcast. This time around we interview local running legend Mick McGeoch - 2.17 marathon runner, GB 100km runner, organiser of the Barry Track 40, one of the founder members of Les Croupiers running club, editor of club magazine 'ACE' and lots more besides. The podcast was recorded in the very convivial atmosphere of the Butchers Arms beer garden hence the occasional background noise. So....turn up the volume, find a comfy chair and learn the secret to running longetivity, the potential benefits of a twice a day run, explore visions of the the club in 30 years and a key question considered - is Barry a kipper? Answers to this and much, much more in our second Les Croupiers podcast. (Many thanks to Mick for his time).
